Shattering pyrex To Show A Massive Weakness In Trademark Law

What I and everyone I know always called Pyrex borosilicate glass is made. I did not even know that the term "borosilicate" until I saw it. Pyrex never been known as "Pyrex brand borosilicate glass." Only Pyrex, things that used in a laboratory, which can heat and cool without breaking.

. It suggests costumes brands must be brought by consumers against monopolies, and not a monopoly against competitors. I have no answers, and as I said I am not an abolitionist Brands. We certainly do not want to increase the scope of trademark law, I usually do not think more lawsuits are a response to anything. But it's a good story to show that the brand is not as functional as we would be
