IBM Leapfrogs Microsoft in Market Value for First Time in 15 Years

Walk past a conference room at IBM and you can hear cries of "hurray!" Big Blue is lucky, as he became only the company second value of technology in the world. IBM had to circumvent Microsoft to claim the No. 2 spot, something that has not been able to do so for the past 15 years.
