Samsung wins latest round against Apple

Samsung won two races in the battle with Apple's worldwide sales of its smartphones and tablets, winning a final decision in Australia and a court in the United States that the two left free to sell the unit through Christmas.

But an independent analyst following the legal battles between the two, says Apple is more and more impatient with the delays in the case of Samsung USA, where the meetings between the lawyers on both sides have been delayed several times.

Apple also took Samsung to court in Australia after accusing the company of the copy. In October, a judge ordered to stop sales of the Samsung Galaxy before a trial.


But Samsung went to court, challenged the decision and won the right to resume the sale. Apple immediately appealed the decision of the Supreme Court, which granted an injunction pending a final decision. -. And Apple has come not conducive
