Google working on video chat for Chrome, Skype cowers in fear

Skype, Google Chrome is coming for you. Shortly after the release of video chat software and audio WebRTC and open source, Google has begun to integrate this functionality in your browser precious. Looking to leave the gaming features of Gmail and Google Voice, the company plans to WebRTC be a favorite for video conferencing and chat online. The software was presented as royalty-free, too, even the promise of working with developers of other browsers (ie Mozilla and Opera) to complete the project. This means that anyone building a site can make use of new technologies and, in theory, to build your own personal Skype ram. With the company being in favor of Web applications on all fronts, it's another step forward in its attempt to bring the older technology in conjunction with the native applications. This is one of many dominoes to fall in the inauguration of the Web application, at least in terms of the Chrome OS?
