Beyonce May Get Sued For Copyright Infringement Because Of The Way She Danced

I must admit that even I have trouble with the idea that the choreography is copyrighted. For the life of me I do not understand why it makes no sense. From time to time, for example, when the "inventor" of the "Electric Slide", tried to download videos from YouTube. And then there were the heirs of a choreographer intends to go after only not pay the dancers to honor the legacy of the choreographer, of course. This is a story circulating that the famous singer Beyonce is facing a lawsuit for breach of copyright in a recent video. You can watch the full video below or just go to the second video that compares some of their movements of a Belgian dance company Rosas called, with choreography by Anne Teresa De Keersmaeker.

no doubt that there appears to be a small portion of the video of Beyonce inspired by the Roses video. Historically, people have referred to this as a

tribute
, not infringement
, but welcome the modern world. I am curious, by the way, how can you say that it takes anything away from Rosas. It's not like people say, "Wow, I saw you dance like Beyonce, so do not bother roses more." In addition to the "movement" in question seems rather limited.
addition, the second half of the video seems to imply that some basic movements of dance and not as belonging to Rose, which, if true, do a lot of music videos offenders.
