AMD updates its FX processors: 8-core chip has 4GHz base clock, '15 percent' more oomph, $195 price tag

If you feel that your AMD divert energy away from traditional processors and APUs and factors are the coolest PC as all-in-one, then it is certainly right - but you're also slightly ahead of the game. The company promises that there are still a few years of life left in their chips just CPU and AM3 + socket, and today's announcement presented as evidence. From now on, last year's eight-core FX-8150 has been replaced on the shelves of retailers by the FX-8350, that the notches on the clock speed of the paper up to 4 GHz or 4.2GHz in Turbo (unfortunately no obvious signs that the mesh resonance that once heard). If it turns out that the dividend yield is not enough to sell these chips, potential buyers should always check prices on Intel FX - especially because, as is typical, overclockable AMD chips sold at no additional cost. The high-end FX-8350 hit the market at $ 195, which is not only cheaper than some previous leaks suggested, but also $ 40 cheaper than a Core i5-3570K Unlocked with a lower clock speed and lower L3 cache - but the relative performance of these two chips is still being tested independently.
