no mistake: this is not "Nokia HERE" or any other form of sub-brand. It is an independent brand. Why? Because the opportunity is bigger than just Nokia.
This is to deal with different types of connected devices - not just mobile phones, but also tablets, connected cars and phones. In this sense, "HERE" could play a key role in helping leverage morning Nokia new mobile form factors.
It is also dealing with different platforms - not just Nokia Windows Phone devices, but also, in principle, to other Windows Phone licensees, such as Samsung and HTC. This is why Nokia also announced today in San Francisco to launch an application for iOS 6, partnering with Mozilla to launch a mobile web version here maps new operating system next year and Firefox Android native application and terms of availability of Android SDK here in early 2013. Micro Center near Cincinnati only had a Windows tablet on the screen, Asus RT live Tab. He was placed on a small table near the center of the main aisle of the store, next to a laptop Asus Zenbook and HP TouchSmart all in one. The Secretary confirmed that the store had no other Windows tablets - but many traditional laptops - in stock. (Curiously, he also said tablets with Windows 8, Windows versus RT and not hit the market next year, which is not true.)
