Billed as the South West 's first and only digital festival is Extended Play is a two-day event, focusing on the topic' games as a service '- in other words, persistent, the idea of ??MMORPGs, downloadable content, online games and so on. Details are currently scarce (they 're sending out press releases next week), but included the organization of industry speakers and sessions and a game jam, and it' s at start-up studios, students, and the targeted public. It is possible I 'll convincing at the event on games journalism, but don' t let off.
