In the last two years we had many stories about people arrested for filming police. Although it appears that the courts increasingly recognized that the activity is protected location, there were some odd moments, including the famous Court of Appeals Judge Richard Posner, who complain about how allowing that the images would mean that

But as we have seen time and again, shooting the police is one of the few ways to show the abuse of police power. In summer 2007, a police officer named Salvatore Rivieri in Baltimore decided to use his position to harass a child line in the port of Baltimore. As part of his harassment, took one of the guys skate after him on the floor and I cried. This was shot by another child ... and was uploaded to YouTube a few months later:









the end, you hear the official start to wonder if filmed - and notes that "if I'm in ...." With his speech, it seems certain that he was about to warn other children about the online video, but do not know exactly what was said.
