Court Doesn't Buy DOJ's Argument For Why Megaupload User Can't Sue To Get His Data Back

Like Justice celebrates its "success" in the case of Megaupload, a court rejected one of the most ridiculous arguments of the Ministry of Justice in a case of evolution, involving the user Megaupload Kyle Goodwin who do not want your data, but you can 't understand because the Department of Justice has fired the first and will not answer questions in court. The Ministry of Justice has tried to deny Goodwin his day in court against them, trying to say that Goodwin should continue itself or Megaupload Carpathia hosting company, and not the U.S. government, which actually took place.

The court, however, did not buy it, and said that the hearing will take place. This does not necessarily mean that Goodwin will win in the end, but it is certainly a step in the right direction - and represents a failure to add to the long list of failures in the Justice Department alleged "success" story
